Refund & Cancellation Policy

PIXMAP can be downloaded without a licence to look at the patch editor, but Advanced Output (slicing, Visualize, HAP/DXV playback, NDI and display output) saving, loading and exports need a licence. The feature list, system requirements and user manual at www.pixmap.in describe exactly what the licence unlocks; please read them before purchasing.

Because a licence key is delivered and usable immediately, all sales are final. We do not refund or cancel a licence once it has been issued, including for change of mind, unused time, or hardware and network issues outside PIXMAP.

We will refund or correct a payment if you were charged twice for the same licence, if payment was taken but no licence key was issued and we cannot issue one, or if the law requires it. Email support@pixadoo.in with the Razorpay payment ID within 14 days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Your licence is valid for the purchased term and simply expires at the end of it; there is nothing to cancel and no obligation to renew.
